The metal tape is fed to the first working position in the course of the technological process and the blanking of the workpiece 6 is performed, the following positions are bent and lubricated (r. 5), after which they are mixed to the finishing cutting position by means of an interoperative transportation device, stamp 4, the location of which is determined by the order given by the process.
At the beginning of the finishing cutting operation, the press slider 2 is in the top dead center (position A in FIG. 12). During the slider 2 running down, the ejector 32 contacts the workpiece sandwiched between the stamp parts 32 and 35 placed on the top 11 and the tool holder 12 (slider 2 is in position B in FIG. 12). The safety device 31 enters the corresponding hole in the workpiece and into the hole provided in the ejector 39 and centers the workpiece (Fig. 8). At the same time, the Pusher 33 or the piston 21 is pressed up (the slider 2 is in position B in FIG. 12). At the end of this operation, the slider 2 is at the bottom dead center (position D in Fig. 12). Then the pressure of the pistons 21, 22, 25 and 26 is stopped, the slider 2 moves up again (position in Fig. 12). The pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 24 is switched on again and the piston 35 returns to its initial position through the piston 25.

The stamp punch can be used as a stand alone. Stamps mounted on the press can be tested and adjusted on single-point presses. After adjustment, all the dies are mounted on common upper and lower plates of the press and equipped with a device for the inter-operational transportation of blanks, in particular, with a clamshell device. When you exit one of the stamps, you only need to remove and re-adjust this stamp. The hydraulic cylinders are powered through a separate unit, switching commands are received from a command device (not shown) of the slider.
The use of the invention will allow the re-adjustment of the press to carry out finishing cutting on it in a continuous pressure treatment process using additional hydraulic cylinders.
